⚠ We apologize that we are unable to provide the adequate isolation required to transport Covid Positive Tested patients with our vehicles at this time. In order to transport positive tested patients we would have to have isolation between the front and the rear of the vehicle and with our vehicle design are unable to do so. Thank you for your understanding. See More.
We’d like to reassure you that JaxCare operations are operating at full force, even though there has been a reduction in the amount of transportation this community has needed with current situations. That being said we want to keep you informed of how we have adapted to this environment and the steps we continue to adapt that gives comfort and security to the health and confidence of both our patients that we transport and the facilities or families of which they are a part.
As we ease our way toward an ease of restrictions, we pray for everyone’s good health and continue to seek guidance from the Florida Department of Health, Florida Health Care Association, and local health officials.
JaxCare has implemented many procedures in light of this pandemic which include:
Gloves used with every patient N95 Mask on drivers with every patient Commercial grade disinfectant used between every stretcher patient, and disposable linens for every stretcher transfer Continual cleanings of vehicles’ exteriors and interiors including sanitization Screening of all staff with questionnaire and temperature checks
